Meeting Notices

Please see our calendar on the home page for the most up to date meeting schedule. We typically meet every third Tuesday, at 1 pm, though that it subject to change. Meetings and agendas are also posted on our office door, as well as the entrance vestibule of the USPS building on Main Street. We conduct our meetings in accordance with all applicable open meeting laws. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Accessibility: our meetings are typically held in our office, which requires walking up five stairs. There is parking directly next to the building, if needed. We will accommodate accessibility requests, including providing a ground entrance meeting space, or remote meeting options. Please give us 48 hours notice to ensure availability.
